via a pontoon and will take their wetsuits off,
place it in the bags provided, and enter into
transition. Competitors will find their bikes
in transition and make their way to the 'Bike
Out' exit. Competitors are not able to start
cycling until they are outside Transition and
safely in the 'Bike Mount Zone'. Helmets must
be worn at all times. Once the correct number
of bike laps has been completed, cyclists enter
transition via the 'Bike In' entrance, dismounting
in the 'Dismount Zone'. The cyclists then rack
their bikes in the designated spot in Transition,
and head out on the Run leg via the 'Run Out'
Exit. After the correct number of run laps each
