Our Calorie Burn Test requires you
to sit in a chair as relaxed as possible.
The exercise test can be taken on any piece of equipment
found in a gym, however, popular choices are a treadmill
and an exercise bike. Allow 15 minutes for each test,
with the remaining time spent on the analysis of your
results. Your Instructor will request that you complete
a health screen questionnaire. You'll need to wear suitable
exercise kit.
Please ensure you do not eat, or drink anything other
than water, 3 hours before the test. If you smoke,
please refrain for at least 3 hours prior to the test.
Avoid any strenuous exercise for 48 hours before your
test to achieve the best results possible. If you
do not adhere to these reccomendations, it is highly
likely that your test results will be wrong.
