Step 1: Metabolic Tests

The optional Resting Metabolic Test and VO2max Exercise Test give invaluable information to fine-tune your nutrition plan. If you haven't done a test, we can still design your plan using our 15-year experience to estimate your metabolic rate and the carb, fat and total calories you burn during exercise.

Step 2: Questionnaire

Once you've signed up for your test, we'll send you a short online questionnaire to complete. This gives us information on the foods you like and dislike, as well as any intolerances or allergies. There is also a section on exercise and activity, where you outline a normal training week. 

 

Step 3: Your Plan

Our trained nutritionist designs your individual 7-day nutrition plan. Where available, we incorporate your metabolic data into your plan. Based on your lifestyle and training schedule, we give you detailed meal-by-meal analysis, detailing portion size, what to eat and when to eat it.
