We're delighted you're working with your personal coach.

What happens next:

• We've created a free Trainsmart account for you
• You'll receive a separate email with login instructions (it should already be in your inbox)
• We've created a temporary password for you. However, we strongly recommend you change this when you first login. To do this, go to Settings > Profile 
• Once you're in the app, clicking 'Coach' in the header shows you your personal coach details
• You can leave your coach at any time by clicking 'Remove'
