I used to play sport when I was younger but stopped when I started work. I've really let myself go and my annual health check was a complete shocker. I'm clinically obese, have high blood pressure and high cholesterol. The doctor said I’m a heart attack waiting to happen and it's scared the life out of me.
I’ve joined a gym, started working with a nutritionist and seeing a personal trainer twice a week. I'm using the Trainsmart app to log my activity so my trainer can keep an eye on me and make sure I do it.
